If you stir salt into water, can you separate them again? We didn't think so!

Learning about states of matter in Science
We started with a solid (ice), added heat (from our hands) and watched it turn into a liquid (water).
Then, we hung the baggies in the sunny window (to add more heat) and waited as the liquid evaporated and became water vapor. We could not see that part.
When the temperature cooled (overnight), we could see that the water vapor had turned back into a liquid again. See the water droplets on the sides of the baggie?
